It’s a new year, and I hope it’s a great one for you, your family, and your business. New years bring new beginnings, and beginnings bring optimism and hope. I don’t know about you, but we’re definitely excited about moving forward in 2010. Here’s a few things we’ll be doing to make this new year rock for our clients:
You’ll notice an expanded video production and web video push from us, as more of our clients realize that video is an amazing and effective way to present and sell their stories online. We’ve fought for years to get businesses to understand the value of a well-produced web video, and we’ve finally reached the point where companies of all sizes seem to get it.
Our social media marketing programs will get even more interesting and creative as businesses get more comfortable with the idea of social media and notice the benefits to their bottom line. We’ve already doubled several clients’ online sales through our social media efforts. This is just the start, and as with video, companies are realizing that if they sit on the sidelines much longer they’ll be in trouble. There’s a lot you can do with social media that most businesses haven’t even begun to tap into, and we’re bursting with creative ideas that will help our clients succeed.
We’ll be rolling out a new small business website design and ecommerce program that incorporates many of the industry-leading features we routinely deliver to our larger corporate clients at a price that smaller businesses can afford. While our bread and butter clients will continue to be large companies and organizations, there’s absolutely no excuse for the thousands of poorly designed, ineffective, and ugly smaller business website designs out there- we’re out to change that situation.
Finally, we’re prepping a very cool web platform for our larger corporate clients that allows us to give them results and features that only a few years ago would have added an extra zero at the end of the check. It’s an open-source and web standards based solution that gives our higher end clients an expandable platform that will grow with their needs and make their online efforts much more effective and successful. We’re able to do this directly because of our experiments in 2009 with smaller clients- another reason why we make a point to work with clients from a variety of industries and at a variety of budget points.
How about your organization? Are you excited and moving forward with your business in 2010? I hope so, and we wish you success!
