Man, it’s the truth and I wish we knew this stuff before dropping $20K on a crap ass job by some joke web design company last year.

Thanks! It’s always a long process, but educating clients is important when the service is so incredibly wide-ranging, like what our companies do. Still, it’s rewarding work when they get behind things, right?

You GO! You said it, and very concisely.

I would say my lawyer client base has most often been burned by #3, #4, #6, #9, and #10.

One client said, speaking of a previous design experience, “the process was awful, it took six months, it cost a lot of money, and I’m still not sure why.”
